Forest therapy guide and child of the outdoors. In the forest with children, teenagers and adults since 2019.

I have been guiding in nature since 2019: first groups of children and young people, including five Green Camps along the Rižana river with the Zelenci movement, and many hikes and outdoor workshops. More recently I guide forest sessions for individuals and small groups. I completed the Forest Therapy Practitioner program at the Higher Vocational College for Cosmetics and Wellness in Ljubljana; certification is in progress. My final thesis became the platform you are looking at. I do not treat and I do not advise. The forest does the work. I hold the space, keep it safe, and make sure nothing is rushed.
